Under the Word of God and the headship of Christ Jesus, the Voters Assembly is the final policy and decision making body as far as things neither commanded nor forbidden by Holy Scripture. All confirmed members age 18 or older may become voting members of the congregation. Regular meetings of the Voters Assembly are held in January, April, September, and November. The Church Council is comprised of the five elected officers of the congregation and a representative of each of the six boards. The Church Council and each of the six boards usually meet every month except August and December. The officers are: President: Mr. Stan Yelton Vice-President: Mr. Jeff Wolfmeyer Secretary: Mrs. Carolyn Kaiser Treasurer: Mrs. Donna Haire Financial Secretary: Mrs. Wanda Spohr The boards are: Education - Mrs. Karol Ehmen, Mrs. Melissa Knapp, Mrs. Cynthia Ott, Miss Hannah Ott Elders - Dr. Dennis Go, Mr. Steve Kaiser, Mr. Chris Knapp, Mr. Paul Morgan, Mr. Steve Schoch, Mr. Chet Vahle Evangelism - Mrs. Chris Schaller, Mrs. Donna Troxel, Mrs. Michele Urbon Property - Mr. Gary Cramlett, Mr. Rob Tipton Stewardship - Mr. Robert Essington, Mr. William Haire, Mrs. Rosie Meyer Youth Ministry - Mrs. Monica Foster, Mrs. Melanie Zehnle The Pastor is an ex officio, non-voting member of the Church Council, serving in an advisory capacity. |
